3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access Zyminex. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account credentials with third parties. Each subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select at registration. All payments are processed securely through our payment platform. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Your subscription does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share Zyminex content or credentials. Any abuse, including unauthorized recording or redistribution of streamed content, will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zyminex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
